Rich Concrete Waterproofer is a synthetic rubber latex designed for use with cement and cementitious mixtures. When combined with cement, it improves adhesion, water resistance, toughness and flexibility while allowing the mixture to be applied in thin layers. It is suitable for a wide range of waterproofing, concrete repair and cementitious applications, including water-resistant renderings on interior and exterior walls, sealing porous concrete surfaces, floor levelling, concrete repairs, industrial floor screeds and toppings, grouting between tiles and waterproofing areas exposed to foot traffic. It can also be used for corrosion protection of reinforcing steel in concrete structures and for lining effluent ducts. For cracked surfaces, fibreglass tissue or non-woven polyester cloth can be incorporated into the cementitious mixture before it dries. For best results, surfaces must be properly prepared and the product should be mixed and applied according to the recommended application instructions.
