A high-performance primer that resists alkali, peeling, efflorescence, and penetrates new plaster, gypsum, concrete, cement, and brick for excellent adhesion.
- Allows the surface to breathe and expel moisture.
- Masks minor surface imperfections and promotes a uniform topcoat finish.
- Penetrating sealer - seals and protects the base surface.
- Tolerates high pH common in new cement.
